I was going to wait until I had read something about this film before writing anything down. I thought I needed someone to explain to me what exactly had happened plotwise. No. Never mind. That doesn't matter. What matters is the light. And that Hou Hsiao-hsien has been able to create and sustain a mood, which is coherent and magical. And that H3 takes his time.
