Timberland Shoes (Currently)

Dear Mr. Bacon,

Thank you for your recent inquiry. Timberland currently has a Complimentary Lace Program that consists of a core inventory of laces. While we are not able to maintain a complete library of all the laces we have ever used, we will do our best to send you an exact replacement pair or a pair of comparable style free of charge.

Please provide us with your complete mailing address and a description of the laces you require, including the length and color. It would be most helpful if you could include the 5-digit style number of your Timberland product (this can often be found under the tongue or along the inside of the boot or shoe). Once we receive your information, we will research your request and send you our best match.

Sincerely,
Julie

Dear Sirs,

I have been a wearer of the Heritage Handsewn 3-Eyelet Moccasin since high school in the late 80's. I have never worn any other type of moccasin (save the occasional penny loafer). And my current pair has lasted over four years and seems like it could go another four. But I was wondering if there would be any way I could have a replacement shoe lace sent to me??? I fear one of my laces could break at any moment. I will be happy to pay the price and shipping. Thanks for the help.
