I agree. Except
for the part about tv reporters asking people to tell stories. What is this,
npr? If I saw someone on the news telling a story about throwing cheese around
in the gas station, I would say to myself, What the hell is this? I don't have
time for this. And I would change the channel until I found some seinfeld
reruns, or something equally valueless. Because it’s the news, you know? Not
that it’s not a good story, it is. And I
get the part about gas prices as a way to access memory and as something
universal and what not. I just. Am rambling. For no reason. Because you get
what I'm saying already, I'm sure.
