If we start with the premise that nostalgia is just an emotional
affliction, and that we are not witnessing any great shift in human nature
suddenly occurring on college campuses today. Then we may assume that the
spontaneity, which nourishes the human soul, must somehow find its way in even amidst all these
cell phones and other modern accessories. So where? Where are today’s
college students fulfilling their need for chance?
For surprise? And all its delights
and pains?
